Our Crinkle Cut Atlantic Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar Potato Chips are extra crunchy because we slice our potatoes with their skins on using an extra thick crinkled blade. We cook in small batches using potatoes grown on our farm, the finest quality sunflower oil and season generously with ingredients sourced from local Irish suppliers to ensure our deep ridges are packed full of flavour. The sweet, sharp balsamic vinegar comes from our friends at Llewellyn’s Orchard in Lusk, Co. Dublin combined with Irish Atlantic Sea Salt gives a distinct and delicious taste.
